A GOOGLE FORM WITH LINKS TO SIGN-UP FOR JERSEYS WILL GO LIVE SATURDAY 11/9/24 at 12 PM (LINK BELOW). THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED BY NOVEMBER 12th TO REQUEST A NUMBER - AFTER THIS DATE AN AVAILABLE NUMBER WILL BE ASSIGNED TO ANY UNASSIGNED PLAYERS.
Note - until the form is active, it will indicate that you need to request access. After the form goes live, you can access it without permission (you may need to refresh your browser window to gain access).
